MetricStream expands its presence in Asia Pacific

This follows the company’s stepped up growth in Europe and UK and is in response to the increased volume and velocity of risk and regulatory change globally, and the need for businesses to "Perform with IntegrityTM". MetricStream’s expanded presence will also serve as a gateway to the growing Asia market.

Phillip Beniac is heading MetricStream’s expanded operations in Australia and New Zealand. “Our region has enjoyed tremendous growth over the decades, well over any OCED country,” says Beniac. “Today, executives are seeing the need to equip their businesses with the ability to manage and mitigate risks, whether it be local changes to legislation and regulations, or to the more global challenges such as trade agreements and pandemics. Beniac has previously served in the role of vice president in leading the APAC regions for multiple companies, including Qlik, IBM and SAS, where he led all aspects of market development. During his decades-long career, he developed a network of offices and partners in more than 30 countries, and has hands-on experience in information technology, customer growth, and senior executive management, across enterprise and mid-market markets.

The Sydney-based MetricStream team will partner with customers to build their GRC strategy utilizing the state-of-the-art, cloud-native M7 platform and suite of GRC solutions, to identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance, while protecting reputational value.
