We continue to monitor the scale of risks of the COVID-19 pandemic, and recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and country guidelines. As a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) company, we are committed to supporting the needs of our clients and our own employees as they work through the challenge. The health and safety of our global employees, customers, and communities remain our primary concern. We responded quickly to the risk by rolling out a policy in response to the COVID-19 spread which articulates 4 levels of triggers, and outlines actions plans based on level of trigger in any country of presence.

MetricStream is fully operational and maintaining our services and support to clients. We are doing so by taking the following actions:

Our Employees are equipped to support you

• Our business continuity programs were built and tested to ensure that we can operate from distributed locations for as long as necessary.
• Our employees are equipped and have the option to work from home.
• The office facilities will remain open for business continuity critical functions, following guidelines to ensure that employees are safe.
• Work-related travel and event attendance has been suspended or postponed, unless critical.
• We have rolled out additional communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration across the company.

• They are accessible and powerful from anywhere you wish to access them.
• At this time of crisis globally, our products can be used to inform and monitor risks.
• Our own cyber security team remains fully operational and is continuously monitoring for any new security cyber threats that may emerge trying to phish or looking for soft entry spots.
• As more people work from home globally, peak traffic may have an impact in certain regions. We will continue to monitor the network’s performance and reliability across regions.
